ASIA is an authorised gas testing company in Malaysia. With the expertise necessary to perform measurement and monitoring of the atmosphere in your facilities, as well as the required legislative requirements and appropriate documentation, ASIA is a part of the Malaysian government.
When conducting initial tests and maintaining ongoing monitoring of the environment in restricted locations, you are obliged to have an Authorized Gas Tester present. In addition to this, the constant monitoring of the conditions of the atmosphere must be carried out in a manner that is consistent with the identified dangers and risks.
Who is an Authorised Gas Tester?
- An individual appointed by the employer to carry out the atmospheric testing for a confined space.
- They have attended a training course on safe working environment requirements, gas measuring and monitoring equipment, for Authorised Gas Tester and Entry Supervisor.
- Has completed and passed the examination for Authorised Gas Tester.
